Ass & Abs: A Beginner‑Friendly Strength + Connection Series

Ass & Abs is a high‑intensity, low‑impact interval training series that blends functional movement with Pilates principles to keep your joints safe while helping you build real strength. This offering is designed to inspire movement, deepen your mind–body–breath connection, and - most importantly - make getting stronger fun.

This series is open to anyone: Women who are just beginning their movement journey, those trying something new, anyone craving more time for themselves, or anyone who simply wants to move in community and feel supported while doing it.

Each session is crafted to help you feel more confident in your body, more connected to your own power, and more aware of the progress you’re making - no matter your pace. Every step forward counts, and this series is here to celebrate that.

You’ll be guided through a mix of movement, fitness intervals, and intentional teaching that supports strength, stability, and joy in your body.

Come ready to move, breathe, laugh, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

Meet Viki

Hello! My name is Viki for those of you that don't know me, and for those of you who do, you can call me moon mommy.

Originally from Long Island, NY, I began my teaching in 2018, first teaching Hot 26+2; being very much a Gemini, I soon began teaching vinyasa, gentle flow, yin and Inferno Hot Pilates.

I'm a majestically awkward introvert and a lover of astrology, who blends moon chats, energy work and breath throughout their classes (all while occasionally blaming Mercury).

My goal as a teacher is to simply serve as a vessel for a student's journey, and to provide a safe space for their emotions and healing.
