Bring Your Child Day — Quarterly Family Session
Class Description
Join my co‑Keeper, Amy, and me for a light‑hearted, heart‑opening event designed to reconnect us with the essence of mother and child. No matter whether your child is grown, navigating adolescence, or still little — this gathering is meant to bring you back into your bodies, into shared presence, and into the simple joy of moving and laughing together.
In a world that often asks mothers to be serious, structured, and endlessly responsible, this event offers something different: a chance to soften, play, and remember the bond that exists beneath all the roles and routines. Together, we’ll explore gentle movement, interactive practices, and embodied exercises that help you attune to one another in a way that feels natural, nourishing, and fun.
Expect:
Playful movement to reconnect with your inner child
Simple partner practices to strengthen attunement
Moments of laughter, ease, and shared joy
Embodied exercises that support nervous system regulation
A warm, welcoming space to simply be together
This event is designed to meet every mother–child pair exactly where they are — no pressure, no performance, just connection. Come ready to move, play, and enjoy one another in a way that feels refreshing and deeply human.
We can’t wait to share this sweet, spirited morning with you.
One Sister Member + one child per registration. Come as you are, move together, and enjoy a beautiful, shared experience inside the Lunar Womb community.
After the Full Moon, the Waning Gibbous brings a softer, reflective light. This Reflection & Adjustment phase encourages honest review and gentle course-correction. Classes focus on slower, introspective movement, journaling paired with breathwork, and mindful practices that help you integrate lessons and make thoughtful adjustments with ease. Meet Mary Szenasi
Hello, I’m Mary Szenasi. I currently live in Charleston, Tennessee with my husband and teenage son. Born and raised in Chicago, I built a background in allopathic medicine while studying at the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago.
For 16 years I worked in the medical field — first as a medical assistant at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and later in medical sales and home health care. Over time, I grew troubled by how often conventional protocols led only to stasis or decline rather than true thriving. My own healing journey from childhood violence, sexual abuse, neglect, and exploitation showed me the profound power of lifestyle, mindset, and especially spiritual practices rooted in honest self-examination and unconscious pattern work.
This led me to create The 6th House, a holistic wellness practice blending astrology, mindfulness, herbalism, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, and depth psychology. In 2020, I left medical sales to homeschool my son and focus fully on this work. In October 2021, I dissolved The 6th House and founded Sacred Wisdoms, a 508c1a Private Membership Association Ministry.
Today, Sacred Wisdoms lives primarily through our online Mighty Networks community, offering donation-based resources, workshops, seasonal calls, and deep international connection. My approach is psycho-spiritual, neuro-emotional, and somatic. I meet each person where they are, customizing support through shadow work, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed practices, dream analysis, shamanic journeying, ritual, and individuation — the journey back to the authentic Self.
I’m honored to bring this work to Lunar Womb and support women in living more examined, integrated, and vibrant lives.
